Janney Chong is a partner and a member of the Corporate Capital Markets practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Janney was a partner at another Hong Kong-based firm. She has more than two decades of experience with a particular focus on Chinese clients. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate finance and general commercial transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, compliance, and regulatory matters. She has acted for issuers and underwriters in numerous securities listings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEx), and she a has advised companies listed on the HKEx, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on various types of transactional, compliance, and regulatory matters.
