James Schütze is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Previously, he worked as an associate in the corporate/mergers and acquisitions department of an international law firm. He completed his law degree with a focus on private international law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and served his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. He then obtained his LL.M. from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
Since January 2022, he has been admitted to the bar and provides comprehensive legal advice to international clients on corporate law matters, particularly in cross-border M&A transactions.
