Jacob Moss is a counsel and a member of the Real Estate practice. He focuses on all types of commercial real estate matters, including complex acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leases, and financings and loan restructurings representing both borrowers and lenders. Jacob has counseled a broad variety of clients, including public real estate companies, private developers, institutional lenders and investors, private equity and hedge funds, institutional landlords, small business tenants, high net worth individuals, and other real estate investors in transactions across various real estate asset classes, ranging from office buildings to multifamily/residential projects, retail to hospitality, and industrial to senior housing.
