Isabella C. Forcino

Isabella Forcino is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She works on a wide range of real estate transactional matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and regulatory. Isabella is also a member of the firm’s American Indian Law practice.

Isabella maintains an active pro bono practice focused on Indigenous rights, immigration justice, and civil rights.

Prior to joining the firm Isabella served as a Technology Transactions and Sourcing law clerk in the firm’s Seattle office. Through this role, she drafted a variety of commercial contracts and addenda for technology clients. Isabella also coordinated with supervising lawyers and drafted communications for the client project managers.

In addition, Isabella was previously a summer associate in the firm’s Seattle office. She wrote legal memoranda and case summaries for a complex federal Indian recognition litigation matter. Isabella also shadowed a property dispute litigation case, including observing litigation strategy meetings, client calls, a mediation, and a summary judgment hearing.
