Investing In the High-Tech Industries in the US Seminar

K&L Gates and Chinese National Federation of Industries (CNFI) will be co-hosting a seminar in Taipei, Taiwan. It will be an overview of the incentives and roadblocks in the high-tech industries that investors in Taiwan will be interested in. Speakers from K&L Gates including Olivia Byrne, Matt Leggett, Nate Bolin, and Todd Southwell will be covering on topics in relation to the impact of Corporate Transparency Act, state economic incentive program and site selection, federal incentives, CFIUS and investment and M&A transactions in the US for high-tech industries. In the meantime, Washington, D.C. partner Matt Leggett will also address the impact of the upcoming Presidential election on the implementation of the federal incentive programs.
