Hong Kong Internship Program

We would like to invite enthusiastic and motivated law students who are considering law as a career, to join our internship program in Hong Kong. Our internship program is structured, offers training, and a real insight on what life is like as a lawyer in an international law firm.

Our interns will have an opportunity to experience life at the firm and to work closely with our lawyers across various practice areas, including Corporate, Finance, Asset Management and Investment Funds, and Litigation and Dispute Resolution. You will be supervised by our lawyers and be asked to participate in active matters. We also have various social events scheduled throughout the internship, so you have an opportunity to get to know our trainees, associates and partners. Our internship program is the first step towards the development of your career at the firm.

Our internships are full-time positions with a duration of three weeks during summer or winter. If you are a law school student in your second year or above and are interested in being an intern with us, please submit your application to HKInternRecruit@klgates.com with the following:

  3. Academic transcripts / certificates; and
  4. Preferred Internship Program (Summer / Winter)
