Hillary Dawe is counsel and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Hillary has experience representing buyers and sellers in multijurisdictional private equity and strategic mergers and acquisitions in various industries, including clients with both manufacturing and retail presences. She has overseen and managed all aspects of transaction processes; drafted and negotiated acquisition agreements, joint venture and limited liability company agreements, and complex commercial contracts; and counseled corporate clients on entity formation and governance matters.
