Golzar was previously a summer associate at the firm, where she gained experience working with lawyers and completing projects across all practice areas. Additionally, prior to joining the firm Golzar was a student at Wake Law’s Business and Community Law Clinic, where she focused her practice on advising and drafting agreements for small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs across a variety of fields. Furthermore, Golzar was previously an extern at the UNC School of Arts, in which she assisted in-house counsel with a variety of matters, including but not limited to, ensuring faculty compliance with the DMCA and existing licensing agreements, producing a streaming performance Toolkit during the COVID-19 outbreak to help ensure faculty compliance with the TEACH Act, and assisting UNCSA Productions, Co. in its inaugural year as a record company.
