Gabrielle Humphrey is an associate and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. She served as a summer associate at the firm prior to becoming an associate. Through this role, she performed extensive research and writing in support of IP litigation and transactions, including a draft trial brief, discovery requests, a release of claims and covenant not to sue, and a memorandum on trade secret law. Gabrielle also assisted senior IP Procurement and Portfolio Management lawyers with USPTO trademark applications and office action responses, observed meetings, and reviewed agreements related to various technology transactions.
