Francisco Olmedo is a partner in the Corporate and Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practices. Francisco works with emerging growth technology companies and venture capital (VC) funds that invest in those companies. His practice encompasses all areas of corporate and securities law, including company formation and financing, debt transactions, corporate governance, company and investor-side financings, and exit transactions. Francisco has particular experience with cross-border transactions. Being fluent in Spanish allows him to focus in Latin America and Europe where he represents companies and US and international VCs, as well as corporations investing and pursuing business opportunities in those regions.
