Advised a Sydney, Australia-based global trading company on its sale to a California-headquartered global medical technology company that develops, manufactures, and markets a variety of noninvasive patient monitoring technologies, hospital automation solutions, home monitoring devices, ventilation solutions, and consumer products.
Advised a US-based health care service company regarding privacy compliance issues and negotiations with EU-based customers.
Defended a physician in a Medicaid investigation of substance abuse services delivered via telemedicine. 
Counseled a developer of health care technology regarding multiple patent applications for a blood sampling and glucose-sensing device.

Advised a US-based independent specialized provider of non-invasive ventilation in the home on the formation of a subsidiary to stand up new business to provide remote patient monitoring, telehealth, social work, and respiratory services. 
Represented a telehealth device manufacturer in its development of a corporate structure to facilitate its business objectives.
Advised a not-for-profit health care organization regarding compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which instituted an information-blocking rule whereby certain entities may not knowingly take actions that interfere with access, exchange, or use of electronic health information.
Advised a leading US-based provider of customised health support to health plans and health care delivery systems on the formation and build-out of its business model, which is the provision of remote patient monitoring services and equipment to durable medical equipment suppliers and physician offices across the country.
