Represented a cloud management, software as a service, security, workforce mobility, and backup & recovery software company in federal trademark and unfair competition litigation filed in the Western District of Michigan.
Advised a global manufacturer and retailer of outdoor clothing and sports equipment in federal trademark infringement, unfair competition, and consumer protection litigation in the Northern District of Illinois.
Counseled an outdoor recreation, education, and conservation non-for-profit organization in federal trademark, unfair competition, and real property dispute filed in the Western District of Washington.

Trade Secret & Non-Competition Agreement

Represented a national insurance and financial services firm in the enforcement of a non-competition agreement and a trade secret dispute filed in Washington state court. 
Advised an online real estate marketplace in non-competition and trade secret misappropriation lawsuits filed in both state and federal court against a market competitor and former employee.

Employment Disputes

Counseled an identity and access management company in a breach of contract claim with a former employee filed in Washington state court. 

Intellectual Property Procurement & Management

Assisted a model vehicle manufacturer in trademark portfolio development and management.
Procured intellectual property protection and registrations for international book publisher.
