Represented New England Seafood International Limited (NESI), a supplier of fresh and frozen fish and seafood to retailers and the foodservice sector in the UK and northern Europe, in its acquisition of the business and assets of UK-headquartered Blue Sea Food Company Limited (in administration), a leading provider of crab products in the UK.
Represented Sealaska Corporation in its acquisition of DME Systems Ltd, an England-headquartered company specialising in marine and subsea engineering and control systems. Sealaska Corporation is a Juneau, Alaska-based ocean-health business platform that supports sustainably managed fisheries around the world, applies geotechnical expertise that keeps waters clean, and supports the generation of energy from offshore wind.
