REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Robertson M. Noreus
In response to a FTC 2nd Request, orchestrated the preservation, collection, analysis, and production of more 5.6 million emails, Teams messages, text messages, and internal files for 28 custodians. Rob led a team of more than 20 e-DAT review attorneys who leveraged relativity analytics to dramatically reduce the number of files requiring eyes on review to less than 20% of the collected volume. In all, this massive undertaking was completed in just over 3 ½ months enabling our client to certify substantial compliance with the FTC’s requests on the first day it was eligible to do so.
Managed a document collection exceeding six million records and oversaw a large-scale document review project utilizing both targeted search terms and predictive analytics. Supervised extensive client data collections from more than 100 custodians, encompassing both electronically stored information and historical hard copy documents spanning over seventy years. To date, the team has produced more than four million pages of client materials to opposing parties across approximately one hundred productions. Additionally, collaborated with co-counsel to prepare for more than fifty client and opposing-party depositions by executing complex data queries, identifying key documents for examination, and assembling comprehensive witness binders to support attorney preparation and deposition strategy.
