Assisting Sinch Holding AB (Sinch), a cloud communications and telecommunications provider with international operations based in Stockholm Sweden, in obtaining merger clearance on the acquisition of SMS marketing technology company MessageMedia for US$1.3 billion (AU$1.7 billion).
Acted for Boston-based growth funds, M33 and PSG on the acquisition of Total Synergy.
Acted for Five Elms Capital in its acquisition of all the shares in IntelligenceBank Pty Ltd.
Acted for Five Elms in the acquisition of Skedda Pty Ltd.
Represented a provider of eHealth solutions in its acquisition of Sydney-based GP clinical and practice management software company for AU$350 million.
Advised Telstra Limited on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Dense Air Networks Australia Pty Ltd (which holds two 2.5GHz spectrum licences in Australia).

Acted for the sellers of Hotels Combined Pty Ltd, a hotel metasearch engine, in the sale of the company to Kayak Software Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Booking Holdings Inc (a US company).
