Represented a national investment fund in connection with real estate development projects in several states including the acquisition and entitlement of a 1,300 acre mixed-use project at the North Carolina coast and a 1,000 acre residential project near Asheville.
Represented a global biotechnology company with acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of land and facilities in multiple states.
Represented a private developer in the acquisition of approximately 22,000 acres in eastern North Carolina, including contract negotiations, due diligence, and assistance with the investment structure for the client.
Served as counsel to state port authority on real estate, development, public/private matters, and the preparation and negotiation of the master feasibility agreement and the concession/development agreement for a new terminal facility.
