Benay H. Lizarazu

Represented MDxHealth SA (NASDAQ: MDXH), and its subsidiaries, in connection with a cross-border senior secured term loan facility in an amount of up to US$100 million provided by affiliates of OrbiMed Advisors LLC, a New York, New York-based investment firm. A warrant for ordinary shares was also issued to MDxHealth in connection with the loan transaction. MDxHealth is a provider of molecular diagnostic tests for prostate cancer and other urologic diseases.
