Acted for the sellers of Hotels Combined Pty Ltd, a hotel metasearch engine, in the sale of the company to Kayak Software Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Booking Holdings Inc (a U.S. company).

Advised the Sellers on the sale Modibodi Australia Pty Ltd to Quadrant Private Equity's new growth fund, QPE Growth LP. Modibodi is a high growth business producing leak-proof apparel, underwear and swimwear for periods, incontinence, perspiration and pregnancy. Certain Sellers rolled part of their interest in Modibodi into the new holding structure.

Advised the shareholders of Pure Payaya Care Pty Ltd (which formulates, manufactures, sells and distributes papaya-based skin care and other papaya-based topical products) on the sale of its share capital to G&M Cosmetics Pty Limited.

Advised For the Makers Pty Ltd (t/a Making Things) on its AUD2.1m seed funding round from Blackbird Ventures and Skip Capital. Making Things operates an online platform for hosting craft based content and a subscription service for craft patterns.

Acted for King River Capital (as Lead Investor) in its participation in a AUD10M funding round into Cover Genius Holdings Pty Ltd for the issue of preference shares, and the AUD3.8M purchase of certain shares from existing shareholders of Cover Genius. Cover Genius is in the business of wholesale and retail global distribution and creation of insurance and contractual warranty products.

Advised LBNCo Bidco Pty Ltd on its acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital in Capital Fibre Networks Pty Ltd.

Acted for Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. on its acquisition of a majority interest in Montessori Academy the Sydney-headquartered Australian long day childcare centre operator.

Advised on the AUD35.8 million share sale of Onwatch Pty Ltd, operates a security monitoring and alarm business and has approximately 29,000 accounts, to Threat Protect Limited through a combination of cash, equity and the assumption of existing liabilities.
