Advised Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank SA on the ESG-linked JOLCO financing of one aircraft to Cebu, a Philippines-based low-cost carrier.
Advised Aercap Ireland Limited on the lease restructuring pursuant to which the aircraft will be removed from Lion and put to Thai Lion.
Advised a leading international bank on the refinancing of a portfolio of five (5) aircraft.
Advised Falko (Ireland) Limited on the lease of two (2) DHC 8-400 aircraft from Falko and Ethiopian Airlines.
Acted for a syndicate of lenders in an SG$1.2 billion financing of eight (8) aircraft for Singapore Airlines.
Acted for GECAS in a portfolio sale of fifty-one (51) aircraft to another leasing company.
Acted for GECAS in a sale and leaseback of twelve (12) aircraft for Lion Air.
Acted for various lenders on the financing (including IBOR transitions) of over forty (40) Airbus A350 and Boeing 737 aircraft for Singapore Airlines.
Acted for a syndicate of lenders in a financing of nine (9) aircraft portfolio for Avolon.
Acted for Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group on JOLCO financings of three (3) A321NX aircraft for Cebu.
Acted for AerDragon in a financing of ten (10) aircraft portfolio.
Acted for AirAsia in the pre-delivery financing of twenty (20) A321NEO aircraft.
Acted for GECAS in the lease restructuring of twelve (12) aircraft for AirAsia.
Acted for fourteen operating lessors on the fleet restructuring of Lion Air.
Acted for DAE (formerly AWAS) in the leases to airlines in the Asia-Pacific region.
Acted for Scoot in sale and leaseback of nine (9) E190-E2 aircraft.
Acted for airlines in Asia-Pacific region in relation to their passenger service systems.
Acted for a number of operating lessors with respect to the restructuring of various aircraft leases for Garuda as part of its PKPU processes.
Acted for GECAS in aircraft repossessions from India and Indonesia.
Acted for GECAS in its court disputes against airlines in the Asia-Pacific region.
