Advised principals and contractors on rights under various Security of Payment Acts (SOP Acts) across Australia. Provided advice to claimants and respondents in enforcing/defending payment claims lodged under SOP Acts. Prepared submissions and supporting documentation forming part of adjudication applications/responses.

Assisted a respondent (principal contractor) in adjudication in successfully setting aside over 70% of a $1 million+ payment claim, solely through jurisdictional submissions.

Assisted in class action proceedings brought by lot owner plaintiffs under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) and the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 (NSW).
