Advising various lenders (e.g. neobanks, vehicle/equipment, agriculture, education financing businesses), as well as trustees and rating agencies, on the establishment and refinancing of both warehousing and term securitisation programmes (e.g. RMBSs, SME loans, credit card receivables, equipment financing, lease receivables, insurance, education, and agribusiness asset-backed securities).
Advising major banks and financial institutions on issues arising from establishment and management of covered bond programmes, entry into loan note subscriptions, and note purchases/transfers.
Advising both borrowers and lenders on issues arising from entry into bilateral and syndicated lending arrangements in both the private credit and traditional banking sectors (e.g. refinancing, working capital facilities, acquisition financing, real estate financing), as well as on behalf of other parties, including arrangers, agents, security agents, and guarantors.
Advised major real estate investment manager on a takeover of a US$7.7 billion wholesale office fund.
Advised a major supermarket chain on its acquisition of a majority stake in a major food distribution business.
Advised a leading superfund on its majority acquisition of a major telecommunication provider's mobile tower network.
Advised a green energy Australian investment company on the acquisition of a Queensland wind farm and entry into a joint venture for the acquisition of two solar farms.
