Advising an English commercial real estate debt focused investment advisor on the Australian fund structure.
Advised an Australian investment service on the establishment of a growth fund.
Advised Melbourne-based private investors on the AU$116 million purchase of the trust that owns the major Sydney mixed-use property, Reservoir on Crown.
Advised an independent boutique investment manager on the sale of the trust that owned the Geosciences Australia property.
Advised a government agency on venture capital fund establishment and operations issues.
Advised an investment company on the structure for its investment into a food and beverage manufacturer and ESVCLP registration.
