Represented Incline Equity Partners and its portfolio company, On Computer Services, L.L.C. d/b/a Unified Power, an independent provider of UPS and generator maintenance and repair services, turnkey electrical solutions, and related services across North America, in the sale of Unified Power to Pearce Services, LLC.
Represented Incline Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based private equity firm, in its investment in Mostardi-Platt, a leading provider of environmental air testing and compliance services.
Represented AquaPhoenix Scientific, LLC, a private label manufacturer and distributor of test kits, reagents, instruments, and feed and control equipment for service providers in the industrial water treatment industry, in its acquisition of La-Mar-Ka, Inc.
