Managed complex agribusiness transactions up to AU$27 million, including management of legal due diligence, transfers of complex variety of land titles, water licences, genetic and livestock (Wagyu beef) assets, intellectual property, and plant and equipment.

Assisted client with sale of an aggregation of sugar cane properties, including management of clearing encumbrances on a large range of land titles. This included removal of expired leases, profits a prendre, licence agreements, and caveats.

Negotiated and drafted leases and agreements for lease of commercial property and retail shopping centres.

Assisted client with an AU$76 million sale of a private hospital by a private social impact investment fund to an ASX-listed property fund manager, including drafting contract documentation and special conditions, set up and management of a data room for vendor disclosure and RFI’s, negotiate and draft contract amendments, negotiation, review and drafting of a put and call option, drafting non-disclosure agreements, including review and negotiation of proposed amendments by potential buyers and management of settlement process.

Assisted client with legal due diligence and lease reviews for acquisition of commercial office buildings in Brisbane CBD up to AU$210 million.
