Advising a gas buyer as claimant in an ICC arbitration valued at over US$5 billion concerning the cessation of supply by the seller and later termination by the buyer of a long-term gas supply contract for the supply of all the pipeline natural gas to be supplied to a European country.
Acting for the Claimant, a commodity trading and mining company, in an LCIA arbitration concerning a contractual dispute.
Advising on ad hoc arbitration with a major shipyard relating to the termination of turnkey contracts for a semi-submersible drilling rig.
Acting for the Claimant, a leading façade company, in relation to a dispute arising from a JCT Major Project Sub-Contract 2011 standard form.
Acting for the Claimant in the case of Breakshore Ltd v Red Key Concepts [2022] 5 WLUK 677, resisting a Part 8 claim challenging the decision of an adjudicator.
