REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Selin Hasip

Assisted the special purpose appointed administrators with the conduct of public examinations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) of the directors and officers of ASX-listed companies and their investigations relating to a potential antecedent transaction. 

Assisted in advising private lenders with respect to a range of recovery matters, including the enforcement of a variety securities such as mortgages and security interests registered on the Personal Property Securities Register, winding up proceedings and drafting deeds of forbearance and deeds of appointment of receivers and managers.  

Assisted the trustee in bankruptcy with the conduct of public examinations under the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth) of the bankrupt and related persons in connection with the beneficial ownership of real properties and directorship of multiple electrical contracting companies.
