Elizabeth L. Tiblets

Elizabeth Tiblets is a partner in the firm's Oil, Gas, and Resources practice. Elizabeth focuses her practice on complex litigation involving the energy industry. She represents her clients in their high-stakes disputes throughout the United States, including those involving alleged royalty underpayment, title questions, and a wide variety of other contract issues, such as obligations under operating agreements and purchase agreements. Elizabeth is extremely proficient in handling putative class action lawsuits and has done so in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Pennsylvania.

Elizabeth has tried cases to the bench and to jury verdict, in addition to handling class certification hearings and arbitrations. She also represents clients in appellate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was of counsel at a national law firm and an associate at an international law firm. Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth worked for a Q Investments, L.P., a multi-billion dollar private investment firm.
