Elise Vrijens is a senior associate in the litigation and dispute resolution practice. She has experience in a range of disputes relating to insurance, contract and tort matters and has a particular interest in personal injury claims.
Elise assists in providing advice to a number of insurers, companies and individuals across a range of Australian jurisdictions. She has been involved in trials in the Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Appeal and the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal.
Elise's clients value her excellent technical legal skills and strategic advice in the resolution or advancement of a claim.
In addition to her work, Elise is a member of the Women In the Profession (WIP) Committee and has been leading the development of a practical litigation and dispute resolution team training program at K&L Gates, together with other members of the team.
