Elise is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team, focusing on commercial litigation with experience in insurance, contract, and tort matters.
Elise has carriage of matters in which she advises insurers, companies, and individuals across a range of Australian jurisdictions. She has instructed in trials in the Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal. Her clients value her excellent technical legal skills and strategic advice in the resolution or advancement of a claim.
Elise is also a member of the Women in the Profession (WIP) Committee in Melbourne.
