Elio Marena is a partner in the firm's Milan office. He is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.
He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and assisting clients in all aspects of the transaction, from the preliminary negotiation, drafting and negotiation of the contract documents, legal due diligence, and the signing and closing activities. Elio has significant experience in assisting national and foreign industrial financial groups in various manufacturing sectors. He supports and assists private equity funds; Italian and foreign investors in relation to the acquisition of shareholdings and assets and joint venture, commercial, and corporate transactions. He also has experience with commercial and corporate matters.
