Declan completed his training contract at K&L Gates during which he gained experience in the competition and EU regulatory, commercial disputes, real estate and investigations, enforcement and white collar practices.
Prior to joining the firm, Declan was an intern with Broward County Public Defender's Office in Florida working on death penalty cases. In addition, he was a paralegal in the litigation department of a London law firm.
