Prior to joining the firm, Danisa was an associate at a London-based law firm where she focused her practice on finance, acting for lenders, sponsors, and borrowers by advising them on law-related funding aspects, funding structures, risks, and security. Through this role, she performed research and opinion writing, legal due diligence investigations, and the negotiation, drafting, and reviewing of a wide range of financial documents.
