Daniel Marschollek is a partner and focuses his practice on intellectual property (IP) and litigation. He has 25 years of experience advising and representing clients in commercial disputes, complex trademark, design, copyright, unfair competition, and product liability matters. Some of the judgments he has obtained have gained fundamental significance for the legal industry in Germany. Daniel’s practice also covers transactional IP and licensing as well as trademark and design prosecution. He regularly represented blue-chip clients from the automotive (power train, fluid handling, filtration), sports, luxury goods, fashion, and consumer care industries.
