Since joining K&L Gates in 2022, Dadar has assisted with negotiating, drafting and advising on a range of commercial agreements, primarily focussed in the information technology (IT) sector. Dadar has been acting as Outside Counsel for a global cloud services group, during which he has been assisting with the preparation and submission of tenders for public sector technology procurement, as well as developing expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements for IT services, including in the cutting edge area of generative artificial intelligence. Dadar has become the resident expert on the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) regime and has advised a number of clients on SOCI compliance.
