Corben Brooks is an associate and a member of the Merger and Acquisitions practice group. Corben served as a summer associate prior to joining the firm as an associate. Through this role, he drafted disclosure schedules, purchase agreements, and capitalization tables. In addition, he revised and submitted LLC formation documents, and conducted due diligence reviews of real estate leases for IPO and reverse merger transactions. Corben also performed research for a firm wide anti-human trafficking organization pro bono project.
