Charles Lush is a trainee solicitor. Prior to joining the firm, Charles was a paralegal at a London-based law firm in the funds department working on private funds, secondaries, public markets, and retailisation. Through this role, he assisted in multiple closings, working on primary fund documentation such as negotiating, drafting, and organising the execution of LPAs, investors documents, and carry allocation agreements.
