Cassandra Nevill is a special counsel in the firm's Real Estate practice. She has broad experience in property, planning and commercial matters. This includes acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial, industrial and primary production properties, as well as property development and commercial, retail and industrial leasing.
Cassandra has wide experience in the sale of distressed assets, including commercial, residential and industrial properties and mixed use developments. She also has a focus on primary production land and agribusiness, including the sale and acquisition of water entitlements, share farming agreements, farm leases, crop sale agreements and agricultural licences. She has particular experience in the sale of primary production land and associated water entitlements by mortgagees in possession, liquidators and receivers and managers.
Cassandra also assists clients with planning and environment matters, including applications for review in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
