Caleb Coffman is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Caleb assists registered investment companies and their independent board members with regulatory and compliance matters arising under US federal securities laws.
Prior to joining the firm, Caleb served as a legal intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, as well as in the Federal Communications Commission’s Media Bureau. He previously served as a summer associate at the firm in 2023.
