Brittany K. Skibowski

Brittany Skibowski is an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice. She represents real estate clients across an array of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leases, development, and obtaining economic incentives. Her practice involves site selection for many different industries, namely EV battery and materials manufacturing, auto parts and components, industrial manufacturing, and wood-based products and biofuels. She represents companies inbound from abroad including Asia, Europe, and Canada, as well as US companies relocating or deciding to remain in place and expand.

Brittany has also advised clients in corporate governance matters in connection with real estate development and ownership. She focuses her real estate and finance practice across an array of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leases, development, and the related real estate documentation and due diligence. Brittany has particular experience representing commercial real estate clients in acquiring and developing multi-family, mixed-use, and industrial projects. She has worked on numerous multifamily housing projects on a national, state, and local basis, representing both lenders and developers.

Prior to joining the firm, Brittany was an associate at a US based law firm where she represented real estate developers in all aspects of the development, land use, leasing, acquisition, and disposition and financing of commercial real estate.
