Prior to joining the firm, Brendan was a government affairs fellow in the firm’s Public Policy and Law practice, where he worked on various projects to advance client needs, with a focus on energy, environmental, and maritime policy issues. Before this, he was a legislative fellow with the Office of US Representative Conor Lamb (D-PA-17), where he drafted legislative research memos, constituent letter responses, and policy briefing memos. Brendan also has had roles in the Pennsylvania state legislature, the maritime consulting industry, and the international non-profit sector.
