Brandon W. Hedgebeth

Brandon Hedgebeth is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a summer associate at another international law firm. Through this role, he assisted in a real estate closing by drafting deeds, affidavits, and forms. He also drafted diligence lists and questions along with confidentiality charts. Before this, he served as a summer associate for the firm where he drafted asset purchase agreements, consent agreements, retention bonus and non-solicit agreements, and more.

  • Began the “Eagle FIT” initiative focusing on emotional, mental, and physical health. This initiative became an office on the campus of North Carolina Central University.
