Bradley D. Bostwick

Bradley Bostwick is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice area.

As part of his practice, Bradley represents both registered and private investment funds. For registered funds, Bradley assists clients on registration matters, reorganizations and annual updates including annual reports, and a host of other items. Bradley also advises private funds on deal structuring, subscription agreements and compliance policies and procedures. 

Bradley also focuses his practice on advising clients on derivatives regulations and transactions including ISDAs and MSFTAs. He assists clients with entering into repurchase agreements, including both bilateral and tri-party, and has extensive experience negotiating cleared and sponsored repurchase agreements and their supporting documents. He also continuously advises clients on the ongoing industry developments in the derivatives and repurchase transactions space. 

Additionally, Bradley has experience advising clients on various regulatory and compliance matters relating to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as well as the related SEC, CFTC and FINRA Rules. He is highly experienced in guiding investment advisers on issues related to marketing and performance advertising, registering as investment advisers, and SEC required filings.

During law school, Bradley interned for the Honorable Paul C. Dawley, the Chief Justice of the Massachusetts District Court. Bradley was also a summer associate at the firm in 2022.
