Brad Rimmel is counsel and a member of the Mass Tort and Product Liability practice groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad served as senior counsel for an American integrated steel producer. Through this role, Brad served as in-house national coordinating counsel responsible for managing the company’s national toxic tort litigation. Brad has significant experience in all aspects of litigation strategy, litigation management, and risk mitigation. Consequently, he regularly provided management with strategic risk assessments involving legal, business, and reputational risk. Brad also coordinated insurance recovery efforts on behalf of the company for legacy liabilities and has extensive experience in insurance-related matters. Brad further assisted clients throughout the company with the investigation of OSHA complaints involving exposure to toxic substances, working closely with strategic partners in the industrial hygiene, safety, and medical departments. In addition, he supervised national Superfund sites working closely with business partners in the environmental space to ensure cost-effective implementation of best-in-practice remediation methodologies. Brad further supervised all class action matters filed by the company.
