Beliz Ozturk is a tax lawyer who advises clients on a broad range of direct and indirect Australian taxation issues, including mergers and acquisitions, capital gains tax, restructures of corporate groups, stamp duty, land tax, and payroll tax. She also assists clients with their engagements with the Australian Taxation Office and the State and Territory Revenue Offices, including in relation to reviews and audits, voluntary disclosures and objections to assessments and decisions. Beliz also has experience in advising clients in relation to their obligations under Australia's foreign investment rules and preparing applications to the Foreign Investment Review Board.
