Arielle Flamenbaum is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice. During her time in law school, Arielle served as a summer associate also in the firm’s Corporate practice. Through this role, she assisted in the drafting process for complex international stock purchase agreements and registration right agreements, franchise agreements, license agreements, board resolutions, and SEC registration forms. In addition, she researched corporate state laws and SEC rules to assist with board of director decisions, distribution of securities, and more.
