Annie Guilyard

Daisy Guilyard is licensed to practice in California. She is not currently admitted in North Carolina. 

Daisy (Annie) Guilyard is an associate in the firm’s Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice. Prior to joining the firm, Annie was a commercial litigation associate at a California law firm, where she assisted clients with matters involving the US Food and Drug Administration, US Department of Agriculture, Consumer Products Safety Commission, and analogous state bodies. She also served as a fellow at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where she assisted the Criminal Justice Project with litigation matters.

For over 10 years, Annie served in the US Army, where she strategized and framed priorities of training for soldiers based on resource availability and allocation. She began her military career as an enlisted soldier and is currently a captain in the Military Intelligence branch.
