Angelica M. Gonzalez

Angélica González is admitted to practice in Washington. She is not currently admitted in Oregon. 

Angélica González is an associate and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. She counsels corporate clients on a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and international corporate and cross-border matters in Mexico and Latin America. 

She helps clients navigate everyday business issues involving corporate and securities laws, transactional, and general corporate matters. Angélica has also assisted clients in joint ventures and corporate governance, as well as aviation and intellectual property matters. She advises clients of all types and across diverse industries, including, transportation and logistics, technology, education, childcare, senior care, and government

Prior to joining the firm, Angélica served as an associate in the Seattle office of a Pacific Northwest law firm, where she advised on corporate matters for clients ranging from entrepreneurs and startups to multinational companies.

Angélica is also a nationally recognized advocate for social justice issues related to child care, early learning, women’s rights, juvenile justice, access to education, and immigration. More recently she has focused on advocacy around child care and was invited to the State of the Union Address in 2023 as an honorary guest for her efforts after she appeared on multiple media outlets along with other national leaders on the topic of child care. Angélica tirelessly advocates on behalf of children and with MomsRising/MamásConPoder, has testified before Congress in a hearing on child care, and was featured on the Today show, where she spoke on the state of education for children during the COVID-19 pandemic.
