Andrew is a special counsel in the Real Estate group specialising in environment and planning law in Sydney. He has experience in advising government entities, state owned corporations, institutional investors, publicly listed REITs, corporations and private entities, on major development and infrastructure projects.
Andrew has advised on large developments in all real estate sectors, including in relation to planning approvals, compulsory acquisition, land rezoning, contaminated land and environmental regulation, licensing and compliance.
Andrew regularly advises clients in relation to litigation in the Land and Environment Court of NSW in development appeals, compulsory acquisition, and administrative law proceedings
