Anastassia A. Korin

Anastassia Korin is an associate and is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.

Anastassia served as a summer associate prior to joining the firm as an associate. Through this role, she researched and drafted a variety of items, including a § 1983 complaint, a motion for default judgment in an antitrust dispute, a discovery deficiency letter, and a non-disclosure agreement. She also prepared memoranda regarding DMCA provisions and the collateral source doctrine.

During law school, Anastassia worked as a clinical student for the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic. At the Clinic, Anastassia gained experience advising clients on privacy law, trademark and copyright law and export control laws and regulations. Anastassia also reviewed and advised clients on employment agreements and confidentiality agreements.

Additionally, prior to law school, Anastassia worked as a paralegal and a legal assistant for several years. In these roles, Anastassia was involved in a wide range of matters, including intellectual property disputes, ERISA disputes, business and securities litigation, federal investigations, government regulatory compliance, and more.
