Alexa Sengupta is an associate and a member of the Healthcare and FDA practice group. She focuses her practice on both healthcare and FDA regulatory matters, advising clients on requirements related to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biologics, as well as cosmetics and dietary supplements.
Alexa also has experience assisting with federal and state healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including: fraud and abuse concerns relating to the Stark law, Anti-kickback Statute, and False Claims Act; Medicare enrollment-related issues; and healthcare state licensure and day-to-day operational issues.
Alexa also assists in the execution of corporate transactions, particularly focusing on healthcare clients, by advising clients through mergers and acquisitions, strategic collaborations, and joint ventures.
