Alex joined K&L Gates' graduate program in 2022 working in the Asset Management and Investment Funds, litigation and dispute resolution and labour, employment, workplace relations and safety groups, where she gained exposure to fintech, investment funds, payments, banking regulation and consumer financial services, complex disputes and workplace safety, employment and industrial relations matters for numerous clients in a variety of industries and sectors.
Alex has experience in financial services regulation in relation to Australian financial services licensing applications, variations and ongoing compliance obligations, product design and distribution obligations, ESG regulation and breach reporting requirements to Australian regulators.
